Are you planning a party for your kids and need a fun game for them to play? Here's a quick, fun and easy paper airplane game to play while you are transitioning to another activity. The Blind Pilot game offers a lot of giggles and grins for the little pilots-to-be...

Here's what you'll need:

- a paper airplane per person [your choice of paper airplane(s)]

- chalk or tape to mark the end point or target of some kind

- pad of paper and pencil

First, have your contestants make easy paper airplanes of their choice. (You can learn how to make 10 great designs on the Easy Paper Airplanes Website - just follow the link below.)

Next, line up your contestants with their paper airplanes and aim at a target or a finish point with their eyes closed.

- best nose dive

- highest paper airplane flight

- best landing

- shortest paper airplane flight

- longest paper airplane flight

As the monitor/recorder, you can make 6 contests using the above criteria. Or you can make up and add your own categories.

What makes this game fun is watching the contestants do it with their eyes closed. As a variation, have them throw the planes with their eyes open and record the difference in the flight categories.

This works well for a birthday party for kids, but don't limit yourself... If you need an outside classroom activity, or a team-building event, why not use this fun paper airplane game?
